Very fetching

When I posted a while back about the dog sculpture outside the Maitland Regional Art Gallery I was little confused about its artistic statement.

Turns out it was lacking a key component, which has since been added – a big bronzed turd.

Suzi took a shine to it:

A bit of Googling reveals the three-metre tall work is called Fetch Boy and it was created by Australian artists Gillie and Marc Schattner.
