I know I'm a little harsh on Hexham.
You do get attractive views of Ash Island on the other side of the Hunter River, a wetlands paradise teeming with birdlife and bitey things:
Shame about the constantly busy highway in between.
Perhaps the best selling point for this plot of land is the fact it's barely a minute's stroll from one the area's few attractions:
