The importance of being puerile

I was really disappointed to hear that my favourite music quiz show Spicks and Specks will end this year.

For seven years it's been consistently funny, entertaining and it showcased amazing, eccentric bands that would otherwise never have received the opportunity to perform for a national audience.

Also, it was silly in a smart way and not afraid of a cheap laugh.
Fortunately, ABC2 is running nightly repeats.
