Modern hieroglyphs

Another idiot has expressed themselves along the riverside walk (just across from where "Smell" had their moment of inspiration; see 'Graffic language').

I need a bit of help with this one:

Does that say DRIP?
TRAP?
DZAP?
BAP?
And are the two dots underneath meant to be a colon? Half a text-message smiley face? Two-thirds of an ellipsis?

I know my spare time is abundant when such matters concern me. At least it'll have disappeared within a few days...
